                            Banana Pumpkin Bread

      1/2  C             applesauce -- at room temperature
    2                    egg whites -- whipped
    3      Tbsps         orange juice -- at room temperature
    1      C             bananas -- mashed
      1/2  C             pumpkin
    2 1/2  C             All-Purpose Flour -- Unbleached
      1/2  C             granulated sugar
      1/2  C             brown sugar -- packed
    1      Tsp           cinnamon
      1/8  Tsp           cloves
    1      Tsp           baking powder
      1/2  Tsp           baking soda
      1/2  C             raisins
 
 Preheat oven to 350F. 
  Prepare a pan (s) with cooking spray and flour.  In a mixing bowl, combine
 applesauce, egg whites, orange juice, bananas, and pumpkin.  In another
 mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, baking
 soda, and raisins.  Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until
 moistened.  Pour into prepared pan (s).  Bake for 1 1/4 hours depending on
 pan size.
