       Title: Orange Banana Quickbread

       Yield: 20 servings
  
       6 oz Orange-juice concentrate
       2 lg Very ripe bananas
       2    Eggs
       2 c  Self-rising flour
   2 1/2 ts Pumpkin-pie spice
       1 ts Baking soda
       4 tb Golden raisins
  
   Thaw orange juice but don't dilute. Combine it with peeled bananas and eggs
   in an electric mixer bowl. Beat until fluffy.
   
   Stir flour, spice, and baking soda together and add to mixing bowl. Beat 1
   minute. Stir in raisins. Spoon into a nonstick 5x9 loaf pan. Bake in a
   preheated 350 oven 30 to 35 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center
   comes out clean.
