       Title: Pumpkin Bread
  Categories: Bread:quick, Vegetables, Autumn, Tried:great
       Yield: 2 Loaves
  
   3 1/2 c  All-purpose flour
       2 ts Soda
       1 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Baking powder
       3 c  Sugar
       1 ts Cinnamon
       1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
       1 c  Cooking oil
       4    Eggs
       1    16-oz can pumpkin
     1/2 c  Chopped walnuts
     1/4 c  Water
  
   In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, soda, salt, baking powder,
   sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.  In a seperate bowl, mix by
   hand the oil, eggs, pumpkin, walnuts, and water.  Combine with the
   dry ingredients.  Bake in a loaf pan in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
