                             Dijon-Thyme Bread

    1      Cup           Water
    3      Tablespoons   Dijon Mustard
    1      Tablespoon    Vegetable Oil
    3      Cups          Bread Flour
    2      Tablespoons   Sugar
      3/4  tsp           Salt
    1      tsp           Dried Thyme -- Leaves
    2      tsp           Yeast
 
    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the 
 order recommended by the manufacturer.
 
    Select Basic/White cycle.  Use Medium or Light Crust Color.  Remove 
 baked bread from pan and coll on rack.
