    2      tablespoons   olive oil
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
      1/2  teaspoon      sugar
    2      tablespoons   parmesan cheese -- grated
    1      teaspoon      basil
    1      teaspoon      parsley
    1      teaspoon      mint
    1 1/2  cups          bread flour
    1      teaspoon      yeast
 
 NOTES : This is an absolutely superb bread. Try it! You can vary this bread
 by subbing up to half of the bread flour with whole wheat flour. Don't
 forget to triple the amount of herbs if you use fresh.
