       Title: CALIFORNIA DIP BREAD

       Yield: 2 loaves
  
       1 pk Yeast
   3 1/3 c  Flour
     1/4 ts Baking soda
       1 ea Egg
     3/4 c  Cottage cheese
     3/4 c  Sour cream
       3 tb Sugar
   1 1/2 tb Butter
     1/4 c  Water
       1 pk Lipton’s Onion Soup
  
                                                     -mix*
   
   In the order listed, place the first 4 ingredients
   into the pan. Slightly warm the next 6 ingredients and
   pour into pan.  Select white bread and press “Start”.
   **Note: Full package of the soup mix might be a bit
   strong for some. Try with 1/2 package at first.
   NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should
   be at room temperature.
   This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
   After Second kneading, remove dough from machine,
   divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf
   pans.  Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1
   hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 min.
