                          WHEAT WHEAT WHEAT BREAD

    1       pk           Yeast
      1/8   ts           Ginger
    2 1/2   c            Bread flour
    1 1/4   c            Whole wheat flour
      1/2   c            Wheat germ
    1       t            Salt
    3       tb           Honey
    1       cn           Evaporated Milk (12 oz)
    2       tb           Salad oil
      1/2   c            Cracked wheat
      1/2   c            Boiling water
 
   Cover the 1/2 cup cracked wheat with the boiling water
   is a small bowl.
   Stir and let cool.  Put the rest of the ingredients in
   the order listed into the pan, then add the cooled
   wheat.  Select white bread and press “Start”.
   NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should
   be at room temperature.
   This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
   After Second kneading, remove dough from machine,
   divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf
   pans.  Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1
   hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 min.
