      3/4  cup           +1 Tbsp
                         water
    2      cup           White bread flour
    1      tablespoon    Sugar
    1      teaspoon      Salt
    1 1/2  teaspoon      Active dry yeast
 
 It’s best with an extra knead, which my machine doesn't have, so I turn it off
after the first knead and resart it again.
