                            Cherry-Apricot Loaf

      1/2  cup           lowfat cherry yogurt
      1/2  cup           water
    1      teaspoon      salt
    1 1/2  teaspoons     canola oil
      1/2  cup           semolina flour
    2 1/2  cups          bread flour
    2      tablespoons   wheat bran
      1/2  teaspoon      cardamom
    2      tablespoons   sugar
    1      teaspoon      yeast
      1/2  cup           combined dried cherries and apricots
 
 Place all ingredients, except for the dried cherries and apricots, into
 bread machine in order given.
 
 At beeper, add the dried fruits.
 
 Bake on white bread cycle with light crust.

 NOTES : You can substitute apricot yogurt for the cherry yogurt.
