      1/2   c            Low-fat cheese
    1       tb           Caraway seeds
      1/2   ts           Dried oregano
      1/2   c            Sunflower seeds
 
   Place ingredients in ABM in order recommended by your manufacturer.
   Turn on. When breadmachine is finished, slice and eat.
