                             BEER CHEESE BREAD

    1       pk           Yeast
    3       c            Bread flour
    1       tb           Sugar
    1 1/2   ts           Salt
    1       tb           Butter
   10       oz           Beer -- at room temperature
    4       oz           Processed American cheese
                         -(2 slices)
    4       oz           Jack cheese -- or any other
                         -(cut in 1/4 cubes)
 
   Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of
   stove or in microwave. Cheese doesn't need to melt
   completely. Stir. Add all ingredients listed, select
   white bread and push start.
