                          Bread Machine Bruschetta

    1      cup           plus 3 tbls. water
    3 1/2  cups          bread flour
    1 1/4  teaspoons     onion salt
    1 1/2  teaspoons     sugar
    1      tablespoon    butter, cut into 4 pieces
    2      teaspoons     yeast
                         garlic olive oil (see recipe)
                         Bruschetta topping (see recipe)
 
 Put ingredients into bread machine as your machine instructs. After baked,
 remove bread from machine pan and allow it to cool, uncut, on wire rack.
 
 To make bruschetta: Prepare garlic olive oil. Slice bread 1/3-1/2 inch thick.
 Brush both sides with garlic olive oil. Toast on grill until golden and
 crusty. Cut each slice into 4 triangles. Top with bruschetta topping.
