       1 c  water
       1 tb vegetable oil
       2 tb honey
       1 ts salt
       1 tb caraway seeds
       1 c  rye flour
   1 3/4 c  bread flour
       3 tb nonfat dry milk
       1 tb yeast
       4 tb gluten
  
   Use bread machine on “standard” or “white bread” mode.
   I hope you like this recipe. It retains all the great flavor
   but rises quite high and has a real nice texture.
