    1      Package       Yeast
    1      Tablespoon    White sugar
    1 1/2  Cup           Bread flour
    1 1/2  Cup           Medium rye flour
      1/4  Cup           Whole wheat flour
      1/2  Cup           Unprocessed bran flakes
    1      Tablespoon    Caraway seeds
    1      Teaspoon      Salt
    1      Teaspoon      Instant coffee powder
      1/4  Teaspoon      Fennel seeds
                         ------HEAT THE FOLLOWING OVER LOW-----
                         ------HEAT -- STIRRING FREQUENTLY-
                         ------TILL CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER-------
                         ------MELT. COOL TO 105-115 F---------
    1      Cup           Plus 2 Tbsp water
    2      Tablespoon    Molasses
    2      Tablespoon    Cider vinegar
    2      Tablespoon    Butter
      1/2  Ounce         Unsweetened chocolate
 
 Add all ingredients to the pan, select white bread and push start.
