                             French Honey Bread

      3/4  cup           Water
    2      teaspoons     Honey
    2      teaspoons     Oil, olive
      2/3  teaspoon      Salt
      2/3  teaspoon      Sugar
    2      cups          bread flour
    1 1/2  teaspoons     Yeast
 
 Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into machine in order
 recommended by manufacturer. Select “French bread” and push Start.
 
 Wonderful, slightly sweet French bread with a light, crispy crust.
   
 Sylvia’s notes: great bread, and it really does have a slightly sweet
 taste!  This is the ONLY sweet-tasting bread I've been able to produce in
 my DAK!
