                           Hawaiian Coconut Bread

    1      Pk            Yeast
    3      cups          Bread flour
    2      Ts            Salt
    1      Tb            Sugar
      1/4  cup           Nonfat dry milk powder
    1                    Egg
      1/4  cup           Soft butter
      3/4  cup           Coconut -- shredded
      3/4  cup           Macadamia nuts (whole is
                         fine or use almonds)
      1/2  cup           Crushed pineapple -- well
                         drained
      1/2  cup           Pineapple juice from above
      1/4  cup           Warm water
 
   Drain the pineapple, reserve liquid. Add all ingredients according to
