                         2 pound loaf
    1      cup           water + 3 tbsp -- (70-80 degrees F)
    2      tablespoons   butter or margarine -- softened
    3      tablespoons   instant nonfat dry milk powder
    3      tablespoons   sugar
    2      teaspoons     salt
    3 1/2  cups          bread flour
    2 1/2  teaspoons     active dry yeast
      3/4  cup           dried cranberries
    1      tablespoon    grated orange peel
 
 In bread machine pan, place the first 7  ingredients in order suggested by manu
 facturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size. Bake ac
 cording to bread machine directions. Just before final kneading (at fruit/nut s
 ignal), add cranberries and orange peel.
 
 Do not use delay timer.
