                             Beer Bread 1 Pound

      1/4  cup           Water
      2/3  cup           Beer
    4      teaspoons     oil
    1      teaspoon      Lemon Juice
    1      teaspoon      Salt
    2      tablespoons   Sugar
    2      cups          Bread Flour
    1 1/2  teaspoons     Active dry yeast
 
  Place all liquid ingredients into bread machine pan.  Add Flour then
 the rest of the dry ingredients.  Set Machine for Dough.  When machine
 beeps, Remove dough from machine.  Place into buttered loaf pan and let
 rise for 2 hours.  Bake in a preheated oven on 350 until lightly
 browned. This also can be baked in you bread machine
