       3 c  Whole wheat flour                   3 tb Pineapple juice (liquid
     1/2 ts Salt                                     Drained from can)
       1 tb Brown sugar                       3/4 c  Plus 3 tb water
       1 ts Vanilla                           1/2 c  Shredded coconut (optional,
       1 tb Oil                                      Add at the start of second
     1/2 c  Crushed pineapple, packed in             Mix)
  
   Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select “whole wheat”
