                            Apple Cinnamon Bread

      1/2  tablespoon    Yeast
    2      tablespoons   Gluten
      3/4  teaspoon      Cinnamon -- ground
    1      tablespoon    Sugar -- brown
      1/3  teaspoon      Salt
      1/3  cup           Applesauce
    1 1/2  cups          Flour -- bread
      1/4  cup           Apple juice concentrate
    1 1/2  cups          Flour -- whole wheat
      3/4  cup           Water
 
 Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
 Set “baking control” at 10 o'clock. Select “sweet bread” and push Start.
 
  “A delicious breakfast bread.  The cinnamon may be increased or decreased 
 to your taste.  The applesauce replaces butter or margarine in this 
 recipe.
 I use frozen apple juice concentrate which has been thawed. A moist 
 texture with light flavor and a crispy crust. Kids love it. Try adding 
 chopped apple (fresh or dried) and nuts.”--Donna German
