                           CHEDDAR & BACON BREAD

    2 1/2   ts           Yeast
    3       c            Bread flour
      1/2   ts           Salt
    1       tb           Sugar
    1 1/3   tb           Butter
    1       c            Milk
                         -----ADD FOLLOWING 1ST KNEADING-----
      2/3   c            Shredded cheddar cheese
      2/3   c            Cooked, crumbled bacon
 
   Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
   order. Set “baking control” at 10 o'clock.  Select “white bread” and
   push Start.
   In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
