                             Cocoa Raisin Bread

    1      cup           water or potato water
    1      teaspoon      salt
    1 1/2  teaspoons     canola oil
    3      cups          bread flour
    2      tablespoons   nonfat dry milk
    3      tablespoons   sugar
    3      tablespoons   cocoa
    1      teaspoon      yeast
      1/2  cup           raisins
 
 Combine all ingredients except for the raisins into bread machine in
 order given.
 Add raisins on beeper tone.
 Bake on white bread cycle with light crust.

 NOTES : Serve with yogurt cheese sweetened with a little honey and
 vanilla, or with cream cheese.
