                                 Lemon Loaf

    1      cup           water
    1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
    1 1/2  teaspoons     canola oil
      1/3  cup           semolina flour
    2 2/3  cups          bread flour
    2      tablespoons   nonfat dry milk
    2      tablespoons   sugar
    2      teaspoons     lemon peel
      1/4  teaspoon      lemon extract
      1/4  teaspoon      cardamom or cinnamon
    2      teaspoons     yeast
 
 Place all ingredients into bread machine in order given.
 Bake on rapid cycle with light crust setting.

 NOTES : This bread has a lovely lemon aroma and taste.  Serve with
 yogurt cheese, plain or sweetened with a little sugar or honey, or with
 cream cheese.
