       Title: Bran bread abm

       Yield: 1 servings
  
   1 1/8 c  Water
   2 2/3 c  Bread flour
     3/8 c  Wheat bran
   1 1/2 ts Salt
       3 tb Sugar
   1 1/2 tb Butter, unsalted
   1 1/2 tb Dry milk
       1 ts Active dry yeast
  
   Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by the
   manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle. 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
   
   Deb’s notes: Excellent! Light, fluffy. OK to substitute oat bran for wheat
   bran.
