       1 pk (5/16-oz) yeast
     1/4 c  Bulgur wheat w/soy grits
     1/4 c  Boiling water
   1 1/4 c  50/50 flour
     1/2 c  Bread flour
       2 tb Honey
       1 tb Vegetable oil
       1 tb Dry milk
       1 ts Salt
     3/4 c  Water
  
   BULGUR WHEAT W/SOY GRITS IS A NEW PRODUCT--TRY a Health Food Store.
   Soak bulgur wheat in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add yeast, flours,
   salt, and dry milk into the bread pan. Add bulgur mixture, honey,
   oil, and water. Select WHITE bread, and push Start.
   
   Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices. Each slice: 136 calories; 2 gm dietary fiber,
   less than 1 gm soluble fiber; 26 gm carbohydrates; 4 gm protein; 2 gm
   fat (13% calories from fat); 1 mg cholesterol; 284 mg sodium; 111 mg
   potassium; 21 mg calcium.
