MARASCHINO PECAN BREAD

3 c Flour
1 1/2 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 tb Sugar
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1/4 c Raisins
1/4 c Red and green Maraschino
-cherries, whole
1/4 c Sunflower seeds
1/4 c Pecans -- chopped
1/8 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground ginger
3 ts Yeast
Ingred. are to be added according to manufacturer’s suggestion. Drain
cherries well on a paper towel; add whole for best appearance. Add the
fruit and nuts at the beep at the end of the first kneading cycle.
