       Title: Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       1 pk Cake mix/pound cake
     1/4 c  Butter or margarine
     1/2 c  Brown sugar
       4    Canned pineapple slices;
            -drain
            Save juice for cake mix
       4    Maraschino cherries
  
      Grease Bread 'N Cake Bake pan. Mix cake mix according to
   package, using pineapple juice for part of the liquid. Melt
   butter. Stir brown sugar into butter and pour into bottom
   of Bake pan. Spread evenly, along the bottom of the pan.
   Add pineapple and cherries. Pour in cake batter. Cover Bake
   pan and place in slow cooker. Cover cooker and cook on HIGH
   for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours. Cake is done when toothpick
   inserted comes out clean. Remove cake and immediately
   invert cake onto a large platter. Cut into slices for
   serving.
