       Title: Tofu Cheesecake
  Categories: Veg-cook, Sept.
       Yield: 10 servings
  
       2 pk Mori-Nu Lite Silken Tofu,
            Firm
     3/4 c  Fruitsource (or honey)
       3 t  Vanilla
     1/2 c  Hershey’s cocoa powder
  
   1. in food processor or blender whip tofu until smooth
   
   2. heat fruitsource 90 seconds in microwave (med-high)
   
   3. pour over cocoa powder - stir until smooth
   
   4. add vanilla
   
   5. add choclate mixture to tofu and continue blending for 1 min.
   
   6. pour into premade pie shell or custard cups and chill 1-2 hours.
   
   7. garnish with banana slices
   
   (makes 10 servings) (per serving *filling only* - 97 calories, 5.5g
   protein, 16g carbohydrates, 1g fat, 62mg sodium, 24mg calcium, 0 chol)
