       Title: Frosted Cashew Cookies

       Yield: 42 servings
  
            Cookies:
       2 c  Bisquick
       1 c  Brown sugar; packed
     1/3 c  Sour cream
     1/4 c  Butter or margarine
       1    Egg
     1/2 ts Vanilla
   1 1/2 c  Cashews,salted; halved
            Frosting:
     1/3 c  Butter or margarine
       3 c  Powdered sugar
   1 1/2 ts Vanilla
       2 tb Milk; approx.
  
       Heat oven to 350~F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, brown
   sugar, sour cream, margarine, egg and vanilla. Stir in cashews. Drop by
   rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until
   no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie
   sheet. Cool completely. Frost with Brown Buttered Frosting. Makes about 3
   1/2 dozen cookies.
       Frosting: Heat margarine in saucepan over medium heat until delicate
   brow; cool. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until
   frosting is smooth and spreading consistency.
