       Yield: 1 servings
   1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
       1 ts Baking soda
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 Unsalted butter
     1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
       1 c Granulated sugar divided
1/2 c Packed light brown sugar
       1 lg Egg lightly beaten
       2 tb Milk
       1 ts Vanilla extract
      36 Milk chocolate kisses
With rack in top third position, preheat oven to 375
degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt onto a
   piece of wax paper.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer on high, beat
butter and peanut butter together until creamy. Gradually
add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and all the brown sugar. Beat
until light in color and consistency.
Beat in egg , milk and vanilla. Using a wooden spoon, stir
in flour mixture. Place remaining granulated sugar in
small bowl. Using a tablespoon of dough for each, form
dough into balls. Roll balls in sugar to coat evenly.
Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake,
one sheet at a time, until edges are set, about 8 minutes.
Remove from oven. Place a kiss in the center of each
cookie. Return to the oven. Continue baking until lightly
browned about 2 minutes longer. Cool cookies on sheet 5
minutes and then transfer to wire cake racks to cool.
   Repeat with remaining cookies.
