       Title: Annie’s Sherry Bars

            Bottom layer:
       4 oz Baking chocolate
       1 c  Margarine
       4    Eggs
       2 c  Sugar
       1 c  Flour
     1/4 ts Salt
       1 ts Vanilla
            Filling:
     1/2 c  Butter
       4 c  Powdered sugar
     1/4 c  Half-and-half cream
     1/4 c  Sherry
            Topping:
      12 oz Chocolate chips
       3 tb Half-and-half
       4 tb Butter
  
      FIRST LAYER: Melt chocolate and margarine together. Add eggs, sugar,
   flour, salt, vanilla. Spread this mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake
   20-25 min. Refrigerate until cool.
   
      FILLING: Cream butter and powdered sugar. Slowly add half-and-half and
   the sherry. Mixture should be light and fluffy. Spread on cool base and
   refrigerate until cold. TOPPING: Melt chocolate chips and add half-and-half
   and butter. When filling is cold, spread on top and keep in refrigerator
