                          SUPER QUICK STICKY ROLLS

      1/4   c            40% light margarine, melted
      1/4   c            Brown sugar, packed
    1       tb           Corn syrup
    1       tb           Sugar
    1       c            Soft bread sticks, (11oz)
                         -refrigerated (best choice)
      1/2   ts           Cinnamon
 
   Heat oven to 375 deg f. In a small bowl, mix
   maragrine, brown sugar and corn syrup. Spread in the
   bottom of a round cake pan (8 or 9 inch). Remove bread
   sticks from can and separate into 8 coils (do not
   unroll). In a small dish, combine sugar and cinnamon
   and dip each bread stick into the mixture. Place
   sugared side down in cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining
   cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 deg f. for 15 to
   19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute in
   pan, then invert onto serving platter. Serve warm.
   Makes 8 rolls, each ñ70 calories, 4 g protein, 25 g
   carbs, 6 g fat, 310 mg sodium. Percent of calories
