       Title: Blueberry Crunch

            Crust Ingredients:
       2 c  All-Purpose Flour or 2 cups
            -Graham crackers crumbs
       2    sticks of Margarine; Melted
       1 c  Chopped Pecans
            Filling Ingredients:
     2 8 oz  Packages Cream Cheese
       1    Confectioner’s Sugar
      16 oz  Container of Whipped Topping
            Topping Ingredient:
       1 cn   Blueberry Pie Filling (Or
            -other Fruit
 
   In a large bowl, Combine flour or graham cracker crumbs, margarine and
   pecans.  Spoon most of the mixture into a 9 x 13-Inch baking dish,
   reserving several tablespoons to even distribution. Press crust mixture
   firmly into the bottom of  the baking dish.  Bake in a pre-heated 350-F
   oven degree until light brown.  (For graham cracker crumbs until crust feel
   slightly hard).  Let cool.
 
   To prepare filling, combine ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well and
   spread over cooled crust. Top with 1-can of your favorite Pie
   filling--blueberry, cherry, strawberry, etc. Evenly spread over top of
   filling.  Refrigerate and cut into squares.
 
   Variation:  Bananas give the recipe a good flavor.  Put a slice of bananas
   on top of cooled crust then continue to prepare as directed.
