       2    1 1/4 oz pkg whipped topping
       1 c  Browned coconut
       2    8-oz pkg cream cheese soften
       2 c  Sifted powdered sugar
     1/2 c  Pina colada mix
       1    16 oz can crushed pineapple

   mix according to the directions on the package and refrigerate. * To brown
   the coconut, place under the broiler or in a 350 oven for 10 -15 minutes
   stirring frequently and watching carefully to avoid burning. Beat the cream
   cheese, confectioners sugar, and pina colada mix together. Add to the
   whipped topping and beat at high speed. Add the pineapple and coconut mix
   and chill. This can be served as a topping like whipped cream on a spice
   cake or placed in a graham cracker crust and served as a pie serves 10
