                              Mayonnaise Cake

    2      c             flour
    5      tsp           cocoa powder
    1      c             sugar
    2      tsp           baking soda
    1      c             mayonnaise
    1      c             cold water
    1      tsp           vanilla
 
 Sift together twice the flour, cocoa, sugar and baking soda. Add the
 mayonnaise, water and vanilla. Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. Put in
 floured and greased pan. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Use any type of
 icing.
