       1 lb DARK CHOCOLATE DISKS*
     1/2 c  WHIPPING CREAM
  
   *BAG VANLEER'S  (Merkins in a pinch--but I prefer VanLeer’s)
   
   Melt cream and chocolate together in microwave--about 1 1/2 mins. On high.
   together until well blended and smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Roll
   teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll balls into cocoa, confectionery sugar; anyth
   your little hearts desire, or dip them into dark or light chocolate coating
   (again, I suggest VanLeers). That’s all there is to it, but to keep the mys
   alive--never give out this recipe, and only make once a year, or every few
   years!
