       1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
            Red food coloring
       2 pk (7oz)Coconut,flaked
       1 pk Strawberry gelatin
       1 c  Blanced almonds
       1 ts Almond extract
   2 1/4 c  Confectioner’s sugar, sifted
            Green food coloring
       2 tb Heavy cream
   Combine milk, coconut,1/3 cup gelatin, almonds, almond extract, and red
   food coloring to tint to desired shade. Chill one hour. Using 1/2
   tablespoon mix, form into strawberry shapes. Sprinkle remaining gelatin
   onto waxed paper, roll strawberry in to coat. Brush lightly with water.In
   small bowl, combine confectioner’s sugar, heavy cream, and green food
   coloring. Using pastry bag with open star tip, pipe leaves on top of each
   strawberry. Place Bon-bons on waxed paper-lined baking sheets, chill one
   hour. Store covered at room temperature.
