       Title: PECAN TOPPED GRAHAM CRACKERS

       Yield: 80 Servings
  
      40    Graham cracker squares
       1 c  Margarine
       1 ts Vanilla
     1/2 c  Sugar
       1 c  Pecans, chopped
  
     Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
     Break graham crackers into halves.  Place graham crackers close together,
   but not touching, on foil-covered cookie sheet.
     Mix together margarine and sugar in small pan.  Melt and bring to rapid
   boil for 2 minutes.
     Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.  Pour mixture over crackers evenly
   until all are covered.
     Place in oven and bake 5-10 minutes (watch closely; if oven bakes higher,
   it may not take even 5 minutes). Mixture will bubble when they should be
   removed.
     Remove from oven and pour pecans over crackers.
     Let cool and place on wax paper or foil.
