      13    Maraschino cherries
            (with stems-drained)
     1/2 c  Brandy
       5 oz Semisweet chocolate
   Recipe by: Jo Merrill Soak cherries in brandy and place in freezer. Melt
   chocolate over hot water.  When cherries are frozen, dry on paper towels
   and quickly dip, one at a time, into chocolate, swirling by the stem until
   completely covered.  The chocolate will harden almost immediately. Place on
   wax-paper-lined rack in refrigerator until ready to serve.
