                             Swiss Milk Toffee

    2      pounds        sugar
    1      tablespoon    syrup
    1      cupful        milk
    1      small piece   butter
    1      teaspoon      cornflour
 
 Put all ingredients into pan, stir and see that the sugar is melted before
 coming to the boil. Boil 20 minutes. Take off and beat for 10 or 15 minutes
 until real stiff before putting into greased dish. Cut in squares before
 right cold.
