    1 1/2  Cup           Whipping cream
    3      Tablespoon    Unsalted butter
   22      Squares       semisweet chocolate
                         Coarsely chopped (1 oz sq’s)
 
 Combine whipping cream and butter in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over
medium-high heat, stirring often.  Place chocolate in a large bowl; pour whipping
cream mixture over chocolate, and let stand 5 minutes.	Stir until smooth.
