                             Chocolate Fondue2

   12      oz.           milk chocolate
      3/4  cup           light cream
    1      T.            cherry brandy, or 2 teaspoon instant coffe
                         Dippers:
                         Angel Food Cake squares, strawberries,
                         mini cream puffs, mandarin oranges,
                         banana slices, etc.
 
 In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate in cream over low heat, stirring until
 smooth.  Remove from heat; stir in brandy.  Pour into fondue pot to keep
