       Title: Cocoa Peppermint Icing

       Yield: 1 servings
     1/2 c  Butter
     1/2 c  Cocoa
   3 2/3 c  Powdered sugar; 1 lb box
       7 tb Milk
       1 ts Vanilla
   Recipe by: Hershey’s 1934 Cookbook
   Melt the butter in a saucepan; add the cocoa and heat 1
   minute or until smooth, stirring constantly.  Alternately
   add sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.
   Blend in vanilla.   If you want to include the peppermint,
   it’s “1 tablespoonful crushed peppermint candy”, which you
   blend in when you blend in the vanilla.
