       Title: Chocolate Sour-Cream Frosting

       Yield: 1 servings
      18 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels
   2 1/4 c  Sour cream; room temp
   Recipe by: McCall’s April 1993.
   In top of double boiler, over hot, not boiling, water, melt
   chocolate. Remove top of double boiler; stir sour cream
   into chocolate until blended. Let stand at room temperature
   until thick enough to spread.
   Note: The sour cream must be at room temperature and the
   chocolate warm or else the chocolate will clump.
