       8 oz Cream cheese; softened
     1/2 c  Butter or margarine;
       1 lb Powdered sugar; sifted
       1 ts Vanilla extract
       1 c  Finely chopped pecans

   Combine cream cheese and butter, beating until smooth.  Add
   powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
   Stir in pecans.  Yield:  about 3 cups.
