       Title: Sour Cream-Chocolate Frosting

      12 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels
     1/2 c  Commercial sour cream
   1 1/2 c  Powdered sugar;sifted
       4 tb Milk; 4 to 5

   Preparation Time: 0:15
   Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a
   boil.  Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
   Cool. Combine chocolate and sour cream.  Add sugar
   alternately with milk, beating at medium speed of an
   electric mixer until smooth.  Yield:  2-1/3 cups.
