       Title: Mint Chip Ice Cream

       Yield: 2 Quarts
  
       3    Eggs
   1 1/2 c  Sugar
       2    13 oz. cans Evaporated Milk
     3/4 ts Peppermint extract
     1/8 ts Green food coloring
   1 1/2 c  6 oz. grated milk chocolate
  
   Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well
   blended.  Stir in evaporated milk, peppermint extract
   and food coloring.  Gently stir in grated chocolate.
   Refrigerate until well chilled.  Pour into ice cream
   freezer container.  Churn and freeze according to
   manufacturer’s directions.  Makes about 2 quarts.
