       Title: Sour Cream Pie
  Categories: Pies, Desserts
       Yield: 6 servings
  
       2    Eggs
       1 c  Thick sour cream
     1/4 ts Nutmeg
       1 tb Lemon juice
       1 c  Sugar
       1 c  Chopped raisins
     1/8 ts Salt
       1    Unbaked pie shell
  
   Beat eggs. Add sugar,beating until light. Whip sour cream and fold
   into egg mixture. Add raisins,nutmeg,salt and lemon juice. Mix
   thoroughly. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake @ 450 degrees for 10
   minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20
   minutes.
