           Queso Fundido w/ Chorizo Casserole Dip (Cheese Fondue)

 Cook the chorizo and drain off excess fat. Put the chorizo in an oven-proof cas
 serole dish. Grate the Queso Blanco over the top and melt in a 350º oven until

 elted and bubbly. Serve with either corn tortillas or tortilla chips.
