   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      each          Chicken, med. -- cut up
      3/4  cup           Peanut butter -- chunky
      1/2  teaspoon      Sesame Oil
    1      teaspoon      Ginger, minced -- fresh
      1/8  cup           Water -- warm
    1 1/2  teaspoons     Chili paste
    1      teaspoon      Honey
    3      each          Scallions -- chopped
      1/8  Cup           Soy oil
 
 Mix all ingredients except chicken to make sauce. Alternate adding soy oil and
water to finish. Brown chicken 10 minutes each side at 400 degrees.
 Coat with sauce and make at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
